Allyship in the Workplace

Caring about your colleagues, including those from traditionally marginalised groups is important. But caring alone isn’t enough. You need to take action to educate yourself, recognise your privilege, create opportunities and build authentic relationships in your workplace. That’s what being a great ally is all about.

Who should take this course?

Becoming an ally is the right thing to do. We all have a responsibility to own our mistakes and centre conversations about discrimination around those who are impacted. This course will help you understand your role and how to work towards being a better ally.
