About this course

Dogs are great, arent they? Since the beginning, our ever-faithful companions evolved right alongside us. Whether helping us hunt, back before supermarkets were invented, or defending us from the evil postman who visits our house daily, we trust dogs, and they trust us. Well… until you take them to the vet. This heinous act of betrayal breaks centuries of trust, and you have to work to rebuild it.

In most places of business, you wont be working with dogs (unfortunately), but it’s still vital to build trust with your colleagues. It’s also important to know how to rebuild trust when it’s broken – whether with employees, customers, or others in your team. And that’s what this course helps with.

Okay, so not every office has a moustache-twirling villain in it (despite what you might think about Bill from HR.) But using a distinctly untrustworthy character helps to highlight what makes you trust people. You’ll also be challenged along the way with scenario questions, designed to test your knowledge with real-world style examples. This helps you see the 7 steps practically demonstrated in the correct order, so you can use them to rebuild trust. These 7 steps are recreated as part of the blended learning, so you can recap and reuse whenever you like.
