Everyone who needs a confidence boost will benefit from this course. You’ll learn how to look, sound – and most importantly – feel more confident. By focusing on your own strengths and the way you present yourself you’ll increase your self-esteem, change the way others see you, and take a positive step towards achieving your goals.
Confidence is a key skill, and one that can be learned, with a little help. This course is designed to help you recognise your own strengths and identify ways to speak, look, and act more confidently. It’ll also help you to choose confident behaviour in real-life situations rather than sitting aside from experiences you might otherwise miss out on.
Do you ever wish you had more confidence? Believing in yourself, walking tall, and winning the day, like a character at the end of an uplifting film? If you're thinking, ‘But I could never be like that, remember that all successful people have only one thing in common: confidence.
Luckily, there are things you can do to build up your confidence and achieve your goal – whether that’s being able to fly or just starting a conversation with the new person at work. Once you start working on it, your confidence will continue to grow. This course is here to help you boost that confidence.
Being confident isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something that you can develop. Even if you’ve been a shy, timid person until this point, you can improve your confidence with practice. We decided to use a popular character similar to one from a movie we all know and love, (we’ll leave you guessing which one) who was confident, then loses that confidence, only to regain it when it truly mattered. This could happen to any of us, so we thought it was relatable.
Not only are there some stunning visuals and animation, but the course contains knowledge checks and interactive elements designed to get learners thinking about what body language can tell you about confidence. There are multiple scenarios to work through, and, at the end, learners are given some takeaway tasks to do at their own pace to put their new skills into practice.
Everyone has the right to learn and learner need can vary demanding on environment or disabilities. This course comes with transcripts so people have text options for an media, subtitles for all videos and is screen reader friendly with alternative text.
We take a number of steps to ensure visuals and navigation is easy for your people. For more information on the steps we take for accessibility check out how we make out courses.
