Discriminatory Abuse
This course is school-specific content. Students may not feel safe speaking up if they experience or witness discriminatory abuse. So, you can’t afford to assume that a lack of direct disclosures means that it isn’t taking place. Discriminatory abuse can take many forms, from denial of opportunities based on protected characteristics to physical assault. Whatever form it takes, it’s never acceptable.
