Neurodivergence is pretty common. But most workplaces and processes aren’t designed with neurodivergent people in mind. This can create all kinds of barriers that stop neurodivergent people from contributing fully at work. It also stops their workplaces from making the most of the positive impact neurodiversity can have. This course will help you define neurodivergence, the positive impact it can have and how to create a more inclusive workplace.
It’s estimated that around 15% of people are neurodivergent. It’s likely that many of your colleagues are neurodivergent, too. That’s why everyone can benefit from learning more about neurodiversity and how to remove the barriers to inclusion that neurodivergent people sometimes encounter.
