Dangers of Night Working

Everyone needs their precious sleep. And our bodies are programmed to wake up in the morning and sleep at night. This is called the circadian rhythm and is our default sleep cycle. Because of this, breaking your precious day-night cycle by working nights, can lead to some strange, and even fatal, side effects.
