Everyone deserves to work in a welcoming, supportive workplace, including people with disabilities. But disabled people often experience barriers that prevent them from participating fully at work. Luckily, it doesn’t need to be that way. This course will help you define disability and how you and your workplace can make sure everyone is treated fairly at work.
