And the worrying thing is most of them could be prevented if food was handled more safely and hygienically while it’s in the food supply chain. So, if your job involves food handling, storage, or preparation, you need to be able to follow strict guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene is a top priority. And that’s where this course can help.
