Inspiring Action

When you have a cause worth fighting for, or an end goal that you want everyone to achieve, the best way to get results is to inspire people into action. If you have a strong belief in the cause and are passionate about something, people will follow your example.

Inspiring action is about making people want to emulate you. It’s the difference between just being told what to do, and actually wanting to do something. You could be inspiring action from colleagues or employees. Or from your peers. Either way, this course will show you how.

When considering the theme for a course about ‘Inspiring Action’, one name immediately sprang to mind: Robin Hood. A strong leader who has a band of merry men who fight alongside him and follow him through thick and thin, all for a common cause. By using Robin Hood as our inspiration, we were able to use the Sheriff of Nottingham as the opposite of what ‘Inspiring Action’ means. He would bark orders and threaten his people and would ultimately lose against his nemesis. We can all relate to someone like that, right? This gets the point of ‘Inspiring Action’ across in an effective, and ultimately entertaining way.

Alongside fantastic animation and an engaging theme, this course also features a quiz which the learner can take at their own pace, and additional takeaway tasks which help the learner develop their skills in their own time.
