Habits are things we do without thinking. Some habits are great. For example, tying your laces. Without that habit, we’d just fall over a lot. But life is full of temptations, which, unfortunately, can lead to bad habits. And they can be hard to kick. This course will help you identify what your bad habits are and what makes you perform them. You’ll also see why willpower alone can’t help you to kick them. Lastly, and most importantly, you’ll create an action plan to help banish those bad habits for good.
This course is for everyone because, let’s face it, we all have bad habits. So, whether you’re looking to cut down on screen time, eat more fruit and veg, or get those abs back, this course will help you recognise bad habits and replace them with healthier ones.
