It’s a question that’s plagued humans for centuries. Come on. I mean, you must’ve wondered how you’d respond in a zombie apocalypse. When the world’s overrun by mindless, shambling oafs desperate to eat your braaaains! Would you run? Hide? Be a willing foot soldier? Or would you step forward like a true hero and put your leadership skills to the test?

Being a leader is difficult at the best of times. But in times of crisis the job gets even harder. Leaders have to juggle responsibilities, overcome their own insecurities, and have the guts to make tough decisions. Knowing how to lead in a crisis is an important skill to uncover. This course will show you how.

The trouble with leading in a crisis is you don’t know how you’ll cope until the crisis hits. With so much going on, you might jump into action, or melt into a quivering wreck. That’s why we wanted to create this course to help give leaders preparation in advance. Oh, and we also took inspiration from everyone’s favourite indie-British zombie comedy, Shaun of The Dead.

This relatable, engaging, and informative course uses quirky animation to deliver some brilliant advice about prioritisation, focus, and communication. The learner’s knowledge is developed and tested throughout the course using a combination of scenario based questions and drag and drop interactions. This engagement helps learners absorb key knowledge for future situations. We’ve also included a handy checklist to help learners stay grounded and focused in a crisis situation.
