Closing a sale is more like running a marathon than a sprint. That’s why it’s important to build customer relationships from the very beginning and maintain these over time. This course is for salespeople who want to be at the top of their game. Learning the techniques that we explore will help you become the best salesperson you can be.
Based on your sales pitch and hard work, the customer decides to make a purchase. But it never seems to happen quite as often as you like, which makes it even sweeter when you reach those goals. To give your deals the best chance of closing, you’ll need commitment to see things through, and the willpower to keep going even when the prospect of closure seems unlikely.
But there are other things to consider, too. You can do a lot of the hard work when you pitch, which will make sealing the deal later easier. It’s a useful process, if you have the skills. And that’s where this course comes in.
This course will help you identify opportunities to create and build relationships with your customers from the get-go. It’ll also show you how to incentivise customers to make a purchase, and offer guidance on how you can secure commitment and maintain relationships long term.
As we felt there were strong similarities between running a marathon and closing a sale, we used this theme throughout the course. Both require persistence and the determination to keep going and reach the finish line. Yet the course also features a relatable salesperson character who’s eager to improve their relationship-building skills. Learners are able to follow the character’s journey and put themselves in their shoes (okay, trainers).
Using a combination of top-quality video animations and interactive sections such as multiple-choice questions, image maps, and step-by-step guides, learners can test themselves to help retain information. They’ll be able to put into practice everything they’ve learned and apply it to real-world scenarios.
Everyone has the right to learn and learner need can vary demanding on environment or disabilities. This course comes with transcripts so people have text options for an media, subtitles for all videos and is screen reader friendly with alternative text.
We take a number of steps to ensure visuals and navigation is easy for your people. For more information on the steps we take for accessibility check out how we make our courses.
You’ll have your own questions and challenges in your business, so we’d love to show you more and answer any questions. We’re excited to show you specific courses you’re interested in, or run you through more of our off the shelf eLearning courses.
