This course will help you identify signs that suggest your colleagues need to talk about their mental health. It’ll explain specific barriers many men face when talking about theirs. And it’ll walk you through how to support men in the workplace to overcome stigma and talk openly about mental health.
1 in 4 adults will experience mental illness at some point in their lives. Everyone deserves support. And nobody should feel that their mental health is embarrassing or a sign of weakness. That’s why we can all benefit from understanding the barriers men encounter when they need support. This course will help you identify signs that suggest your colleagues need to talk about their mental health. It’ll explain why men may struggle to speak openly about mental health. And it’ll help you take steps to encourage the men you work with to seek support, when they need it.
