Microaggressions in the Workplace
Microaggressions are subtle, constant behaviours and comments that harm people from traditionally marginalised groups. They make people feel unwelcome and unsure of themselves in the workplace and are a form of discrimination. This course will help you recognise microaggressions so you can respond to them constructively. It’ll also show you how to react if you accidentally use one.

- Identify microaggressions in the workplace and categorise them to allow for an informed response
- Respond to witnessing a microaggression in a constructive and effective way
- Receive feedback on your own behaviour without becoming defensive over your actions
