We used our own experiences with sleepless nights, combined with research from credible resources to deliver useful information about sleep disorders and how to treat them in a light-hearted way.

The course also comes with a colourful workbook that outlines all the key learning. So you can be sure that even the most tired learners have the opportunity to revisit their learning and make sure it’s really sunk in.
