Is your workplace environment too hot or too cold? Employers are legally obliged to regulate workplace temperatures to ensure they are within reasonable levels. Of course, a ‘reasonable temperature’ will be different for a bakery compared to a frozen food facility, for example. But if temperatures are unreasonable, they can be harmful to the people who work there, and you’ll need this temperature control training to find out what acceptable practices are.
