What if you could tell the truth, risk free?

Feeling ‘psychologically safe’ at work means you feel able to speak up without the worry of punishment or humiliation. Many of us have had those moments when we simply don’t feel safe enough to pipe up - or worse, have had a horrible experience when we do. Often, we keep these feelings to ourselves. Even if it’s something that happened a long time ago, we worry that sharing what has happened will mark us as ‘difficult’. What will future employers think? Will our old boss retaliate?

So, what if you could let off some steam without fear? We’ve created a ‘safe space’ where you can share your experiences completely anonymously. We want to hear from you with the whole truth and nothing but - how else will we learn and uncover what’s really going on in our workplaces?

And if your boss is absolutely fabulous, well, we want to hear from you too! There’s so much chatter these days about how important a healthy work culture is, but often what we’re missing is the real-life stories behind it. So, we’re all ears - what makes things so special - or awful - at your gaff?

Share your secret with us...

And if you're looking to make your workplace a happier and more productive place to be, why not download our FREE Psychological Safety Starter Kit today, with everything you need to get started!
