January

World Religion Day - 19th January

Inclusion in the workplace can be a sensitive subject, so everyone must be on the same page. This course is designed to show you how to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, by providing an understanding of religious, cultural, and ethical inclusion. It’ll also explain how to implement these principles in the workplace.
Data Privacy Day - 28th January
Data Handling (Best Practices)
A key part of GDPR UK training, this data management course explains the key data protection principles and helps you apply best practice in the workplace.
If you work for a company that controls or processes data, then you need to take this cyber security course pronto.
February
A month to champion equality and human rights, raising awareness of FGM while recognising and celebrating LGBTQ+ history and contributions.
Day of Zero Tolerance for FGM- 19th February
FGM Awareness
This online training course looks at the damaging physical and mental health effects of FGM, and how to identify female children and teenagers in your care who may be at risk. And by using the advice in this course, you’ll be able to follow the correct procedures to protect vulnerable girls.
LGBTQ+ History Month -- All Month
The Importance of an Inclusive Workplace
This online training course will help you understand what an inclusive workplace is and the associated benefits and challenges of working in one. It’ll even give you some ideas to improve your organisation’s inclusivity strategy.

International Women's Day - - 8th March
Collaborative Problem Solving

Mental Health Awareness Week - 11th - 17th May
Workplace Mental Health
This mental health training course explains the difference between mental health, and a mental health diagnosis, and explore how businesses can support mental health diagnoses. You’ll also discover ways to improve general mental wellbeing in your workplace, and how to have those difficult conversations about mental health, so everyone will be able to deal with issues not only effectively, but also with understanding and compassion.

This workplace training course will help you to evaluate your current approach to learning, giving you a solid understanding of where best to start, or continue your continuous learning journey. The Problem with Plastic
Plastic is everywhere, and it’s a major problem. As climate change and environmental destruction speeds up, it’s never been more important to look at your organisation’s plastic habits. Reducing reliance on plastic will benefit the planet. And it demonstrates that your organisation is committed to making positive changes. This course will show you how to reduce plastic and make those changes for the better.

August is the perfect time to prioritise wellbeing. With National Wellness Month and Relaxation Day, it’s a great opportunity to encourage rest, balance and healthy habits.

National Wellness Month - All Month
The Importance of Sleep
Every August, National Wellness Month encourages individuals to make self-care a priority, build healthy routines, and support their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Something that impacts all of those things, is sleep.
Sleep is necessary to help us store memory and recharge our batteries. We’ve got to learn to get it right. During the course, we’ll describe some of the key mechanisms of sleep, and help you consider why you should change your sleeping habits. Finally, we’ll look at ways to help implement a better sleep hygiene regime.

September encourages us to look out for one another through supporting charitable causes, and raising awareness of suicide prevention.

Corporate Social Responsibility is about how a company gives back to the community and society by operating in a sustainable and ethical way. This might be through reducing their carbon footprint, giving to charity, or even sending employees out to volunteer in the local community.
World Suicide Prevention Day- 10th Septmeber
Crisis Prevention
We can’t cure mental illnesses. We wouldn’t claim to. But what we can do is offer advice and support. In this course, we talk about exactly what we mean by a mental health crisis, as well as how to prevent one. You’ll also find out how to make a joint crisis plan and discover how best to get help when you’re having one.

Black History Month is a chance to celebrate Black achievements while building understanding, through learning about anti-racism and allyship in the workplace.

It’s time to take action and make sure nobody is subjected to racism in your workplace. You must challenge racism wherever and whenever you encounter it. You also need to work with your colleagues to create a workplace that’s fair for everyone. That’s what anti-racism in the workplace is all about. This anti-racism awarness course will help you define racism in all its forms, so you can do just that.

Allyship in the Workplace
Being an ally means acknowledging your privilege and using it to advocate on behalf of people from less-privileged, underrepresented communities. Understanding what allyship is and how to be a good ally will help you contribute to a workplace that creates inclusive teams in which diversity is championed. It can feel uncomfortable to acknowledge privilege and mistakes. But you can use yours to support your colleagues and work towards an equitable workplace for everyone.

November is a chance to promote kindness and positive conversations. Recognise the impact of small acts of kindness while reflecting on men’s wellbeing and mental health.

It's easy to get wrapped up in trying to be kind to others, that sometimes we forget to be kind to ourselves.
There are so many ways to be kind to yourself, including being mindful, or getting active. Then, once you’ve got the hang of those there’s always making connections, learning new skills, or being a giver. There’s quite a lot of choice. Thankfully, this course can steer you the right way and set you on the road to happiness.
International Men's Day - 19th November
Talking about Men's Mental Health
We shouldn’t have to wait for Men’s mental health month to talk about this subject. Nobody should feel that they need to manage their mental health alone. But many men find speaking openly about theirs challenging. But when encouraging men to open up about their mental health, you’ve got to recognise why they might find it challenging. This course, a key part of overall mental health awareness, will help.

What does the word ‘slavery’ mean to you? You might think it’s something that happened in the past, but it’s not. Modern slavery is a heinous and often hidden crime, and it remains very much in the present. And it isn’t just a problem in one part of the world or one specific industry. It’s happening everywhere, in every field. Increased awareness and reporting will help law enforcement tackle perpetrators and protect victims.

Spoofing Attacks
Scammers use ‘spoofing’ techniques to pretend to be someone or something that they aren’t. Spoofing can mean that you get tricked into clicking on malicious links or downloading malicious software. Falling for these nasty tricks or always believing that emails and texts are genuine puts you or your company at risk of loss. So, it’s essential that you know what to look for and how to avoid becoming a victim of a spoofing attack.
